What we collect
When you fill out a form or book a planning call, you give us your name, email, phone number, and whatever you write in the notes. That's it. We collect the details you choose to share so we can reply to your inquiry and hold the meeting you asked for.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request, schedule and run your planning call, and send you materials related to the project you asked about. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for.
Where it lives
Form submissions and bookings are stored in the system we use to run our scheduling and follow-up — the same tool that powers the calendar and forms on this site. We don't hand your information to third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we have a reason to — usually the length of a project and a reasonable time after. If you ask us to delete your information, we'll remove it from our active records.
Your choices
You don't have to fill out a form or book a call. If you change your mind after you do, email or call us and we'll delete your details or stop contacting you. You can reply "stop" to any message and we'll honor it.
